These Terms govern your use of WatchDreams, operated by FancyTrendyApps (Melih Toksarı). By using the app, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use WatchDreams.
1. What WatchDreams provides
WatchDreams is a creative journal that can turn a dream description and optional reference media into AI-generated video, save it in a private local library, and prepare selected content for export.
AI results are probabilistic and may be inaccurate, delayed, inconsistent, or unexpected. WatchDreams does not provide medical, psychological, therapeutic, sleep, legal, or dream-interpretation advice.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 and old enough to consent to these Terms where you live. If local law requires parental consent, a parent or guardian must authorize your use.
3. Your content and permissions
You keep your rights in content you submit. You grant WatchDreams and its processors a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, copy, transform, transmit, and process it only as needed to provide, secure, and troubleshoot the service under the Privacy Policy.
You confirm that:
- you own the content or have permission to use it;
- you have permission from identifiable people you submit;
- your use does not violate privacy or intellectual-property rights;
- you will not present AI-generated media as authentic evidence or use it to deceive or harm someone.
Rights in AI output vary by jurisdiction and provider terms. To the extent WatchDreams has rights in output created for you, we license it to you for personal and commercial use subject to these Terms, third-party rights, and law. We do not guarantee uniqueness or copyright eligibility.
4. Prohibited use
Do not use WatchDreams to create, upload, or share:
- sexual or exploitative content involving minors;
- non-consensual intimate imagery or sexual deepfakes;
- content facilitating violence, self-harm, fraud, or crime;
- hateful, harassing, defamatory, or privacy-invasive content;
- impersonation or deceptive media presented as real;
- malware, automated abuse, attacks, or safeguard evasion; or
- content that infringes intellectual-property or other legal rights.
We may reject requests, remove access, preserve evidence, or report conduct when reasonably necessary for safety or legal compliance.
5. Free access, Dream Packs, and subscriptions
The launch offer may include free Dreams, consumable Dream Packs, and an auto-renewable WatchDreams+ subscription. Checkout shows the current localized price, billing period, allowance, and benefits.
- Subscriptions: Apple or Google charges payment. A subscription renews unless canceled through the store before its deadline. Deleting the app does not cancel it.
- Dream Packs: Packs are consumable, non-expiring generation allowances. They are not cash and cannot be transferred.
- Failures: A finalized failed or rejected generation does not consume a Dream after the server ledger is active.
- Changes: Future pricing or benefits may change as allowed by store rules and law, with required notice.
Apple and Google control billing, taxes, cancellations, and many refunds. Mandatory consumer rights are not limited by these Terms.
6. Availability and changes
Generation depends on network access and third-party AI services. We do not guarantee every request will complete or that service is uninterrupted. Features may change or be suspended for security, legal, provider, or product reasons.
7. Local data and backups
The local-first version may not include cloud backup or cross-device restore. Uninstalling, clearing app data, losing the device, or system failure can permanently remove local content. Export anything you need to keep.
8. Intellectual property
The WatchDreams app, brand, interface, and original materials are owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not grant a right to copy, reverse engineer, resell, or misuse them except where law allows.
9. Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WatchDreams is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties except those that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WatchDreams and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, data loss, or harm from generated content or third-party services.
Aggregate liability relating to the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid WatchDreams in the preceding 12 months or US $50, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
11. Ending use
You may stop at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for serious or repeated violations, legal requirements, safety risks, fraud, or service attacks. Sections that should survive will survive.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer law provides another forum or right.
Before filing a claim, contact us and allow 30 days for informal resolution. This does not prevent urgent relief or use of a regulator or small-claims process where available.
13. Store-specific terms
Apple and Google are not responsible for WatchDreams support. Mandatory App Store or Google Play terms control if they conflict with these Terms. On Apple platforms, Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of applicable end-user license terms and may enforce them.
14. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms, revise the effective date, and give any notice required by law.
